Medical Voluntary Activity in the Republic of Yemen

On January 14, 2010, an ophthalmic medical team, organized by Liaoning Health Department, set out in Shenyang, China to visit the Republic of Yemen and carry on one week international ophthalmic medical voluntary activity. The team is made up of Liaoning Department of Health and experts from He Eye Hospital. Dr. He Wei, president of He Eye Hospital and member of the CPPCC committee led the medical team.......

He Eye Hospital Medical Team into Xiuyan

It is so sacred to send light to others. On December 18, “Study abroad then devote to motherland—Minority area ‘Light of Love’ sight-recovery activity” was held in Xiuyan. He Eye Hospital sent a medical team to Xiuyan County Hospital to perform eye screening procedures and free surgery for local poor people with cataract disease……

Employment and Social Security Award

HE College Student Community Service Station

On December 3, 2009, senior students at He College of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences initiated an activity of “Giving Care to the Elderly”. They went to the Sishui gerocomium and started the first “HE College Student Rural Community Service Station”……
